Very friendly service people, kept me informed about the repairs, helped me navigate the repair insurance confusion, did a great job on the repair. Highly recommend their services. When I am looking for another vehicle it will definitely be the place I am going to. Everyone I encountered there was awesome

I first started working with Zook a little over a year ago when I had a recall on my vehicle. I am from the Warren area and heard so many good things, I knew it would be worth the drive. They fixed the recall very quickly. Then last month my check engine light came on and I called to get it checked out. Jeff from service brought me a rental car and took my car to Kane. It ended up being a timing issue and they explained what it was and what needed replaced. The parts took a little bit to come in, but the service department kept in contact with me. Unfortunately one of the parts that came was faulty, but they immediately contacted me and ordered the new parts. They ended up keeping my car for longer than I had planned, but the whole time they had my vehicle I had a FREE rental. Every person in service is incredibly helpful and they go out of their way to make sure I know what is happening. I am always blown away by the service I get from Zook!! I recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you, guys!!

I had read some good reviews of Zook before contacting them for help finding a vehicle. After giving them a call and speaking with a salesman, I was told that my questions would be brought to a sales manager first thing in the morning, as the sales manager wasn't available at that time, and that I would be called back around 9am with some answers and to gather more information from me. 9am came, no call. Waited until around 2:30 in the afternoon before calling them, just to be told that the salesman was busy with another customer and would call me back. Again, I waited, finally receiving a call back around 5:30 in the evening, 3 hours later. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I don't think I'd trust a place that begins a service experience like this. I've been treated far better by far lesser establishments than Zook. However, it's apparent that I wasn't "good" enough for their time. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise that you go elsewhere for your vehicle shopping needs.
