I drove quite a distance to test drive and inspect a vehicle here at Mease. The elderly, haggard salesperson Greg, must have been coming off of an alcoholic bender, as he was impatient, curt and at one point outwardly rude. Especially when presented with questions regarding the vehicles condition and history. I got back in my car and drove away. I have since watched the vehicle in question over the past 10 days and they dropped the price by $5,000! So you can see how out of range their pricing really is. I purchased a similar but totally reconditioned vehicle from a different dealer in Mechanicsburg for $4,000 less than what they were asking for their worn out piece of equipment.

Recent bad experience there with a family member trying to purchase a vehicle. I am from this area and recommended my family member to go there. I am highly disappointed with the sales team, especially Dan Snyder. The inappropriate verbage and treatment of my family member cannot be undone. I cannot recommend this place at all.

So having your car break down is never convenient. It is even more inconvenient when you are 9+ hours from home. Thank goodness for AAA! While it took a bit, the driver was very nice, their truck was extremely clean and they brought us to a AAA mechanic. Not knowing anything about where we were or any mechanic around, we were brought to Mease Motors. They were amazing. There is nothing else that could be said that conveys how amazing the people there were. Got there at 9am and on the road again by 12. While yes it was inconvenient, and stressful, they were kind and understanding. They were honest and straight about what was wrong and what we needed to do now to get home. A huge thank you!

great car buying experience from start to finish! staff are friendly, professional, responsive, knowledgeable and honest. they answered my questions and presented my options clearly without trying to push me into a purchase i wasn't comfortable with. i ended up buying a great used car that i'm in love with, and i'll definitely be back here next time i need one if i'm still in the area.

Saw online they had a Toyota pickup that I was interested in. Dan responded promptly that it was available and provided additional info regarding the truck. Stopped by the next morning to look it over and Dan was very accommodating with service records and test drive. I couldn't find any reasons not to buy it and Dan was very efficient in processing the paperwork to finalize the sale. I would recommend Mease Motors if you're looking for a used vehicle.

I highly recommend avoiding this dealership. While the cars the offer are nice and they are willing to offer information such as CarFax, the negotiation process was awful. My salesperson, Dan Snyder, was unpleasant and had an attitude during negotiations. I've never had a salesperson say "Then we're done" when a client presented an offer that was $246 lower than the dealers offer. Unbelievable. Seek out another dealership for a fair and comfortable negotiation process. In response to Dealer's comments below, their car was priced over $4000 over book value, admitted to by the referenced salesperson. So asking more for a trade is just trying to get the best deal as a consumer.

I wanted to wait before posting to give an honest review. I bought an older (09) truck off of them over two years ago and it is one of the most reliable vehicles I have purchased. A year after purchasing we found that the truck was missing a part crucial for inspection. We called the dealer and they instantly ordered and installed the part at no cost to us. The truck is a rare gem and only ever needed basic maintenance since the purchase.

Extremely unprofessional. Over charging me for a vehicle thats not even worth $10,000 all so thet can make money word for word out of there mouths. Disrespectful an only cares about money not helping people out! Would highly recommend going SOMEWHERE else. This place is a rip off!!!
