I was spoken to like a dog ! I called around 4:40 pm trying to find out about my car I’m a 19 year old girl I dropped my car off to get fixed I don’t know how the garage worked I was talking to one of the ( Fortna’s ) I’ve never felt so d*** in my life as I am writing this review I am crying he was so rude and mean I just want my car back he hung up on me when I was literally talking to my mom to find out more about my car and he hung up on me I pry to god this doesn’t happen to anyone else please I don’t know what I did to deserve to be treated like this but god knows I didn’t do anything wrong . Guys please please don’t take your car here , I don’t write reviews at all this is my first don’t take your car here

I used to be a mechanic in pa and ever since they hired Doug he says bushings need replaced because they’re just cracking and he said my sway bar end link needed replaced for inspection when they only fail if they are broke never going back such a rip off

Randy Fortna and his employee Doug (probably others too) went above and beyond to find out what was triggering the check engine light on my Chevy Cruise! It was not a quick fix and required a lot of re-evaluating after fixing what we THOUGHT was the problem, but they stuck with it and kept me in the loop the whole time which I really appreciate.

Told me I was getting slotted rotors. Charged me 90 a piece. Rotors looked much like the ones from autozone for 35 40 bucks. No shots at all
