Our experience with Westwood garden haven was wonderful. Very professional and courteous!! They did a fantastic job on our landscaping for our home. Of all of the landscapers we contacted they were the ones that had the best price and responded to us promptly. Many of the others never showed up as they said they would or took a lengthy time in getting us a quote! I would highly recommend Westwood garden haven!

I had several lawnmowers serviced here…they are better than brand new!!! When I have a lawnmower question…they are so helpful and not annoyed?. I also purchase most of my perennials from this nursery and this year…they had an amazing selection of healthy, beautiful plants and EVERYTHING in between. Love this place!

CROOKS. Selling unhealthy fish and dead water plants. Will not return calls or replace dead plant. Waited two years for promised replacement. Terrible customer service and poor quality of goods. Go elsewhere, buy quality and support good businesses.

I bought 6 koi at they're store. Two of the fish brought disease with them. I didn't catch it immediately by observing abnormal fish behavior. Two died and with a day three more died. This is wiping out my pond. I'm trying treatment. Westwood garden haven said that we had only one day for fish complaints and reimbursement. ONE DAY! So basically if you didn't buy a half dead fish, you are out of luck. They didn't seem concerned that they were supplied with fish with disease. Upon return to the store, I observed that they hadn't treated their tanks. In spite of the fact that they stock and sell treatment products.

My girlfriend had her heart set on ferns for the front porch. They had a selection of 4 hideous looking ferns to chose from. She chose 3 of the better looking ferns out of the 4. When we went to check out she politely asked if there was a way they could discount them because of how they looked. The woman working was adamant that they would not budge of of the $30 dollar price at all because "they are in high demand." I would have never thought twice about paying that price if they were somewhat healthy!! What ever happen to trying to please the customer a little bit? Well I will NEVER step foot in their store again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!
