I am not sure why someone keeps on saying this post office is closed. It is open. I pass by this post office about 10 times a week. I have gone in and handed a package to a worker within the past month.

It was a really smooth process today! I went around lunchtime and there wasn't a line. Only a handful of customers, and the person behind the counter was efficient and helpful.
I can imagine how this place might be hectic if there IS a line, as it's a very small waiting area. But my experience was great!

why is it so many of my packages that go through Johnstown distribution never seem to show any scans after making it there ??? total of 7 now lost ! ! 7 ! ! ! this past year.... think you have a thief somewhere...

Well they moved to a much better building outside the Mall. Much cleaner and the hours seem better. Kind of out if the way but still a huge improvement.

No one ever is their to answer the phone. They are constantly delivering packages to the wrong address listed on the package and makes it out to be our fault when it's their incompetence.
