I had bought a car here on July9,2024. It was inspected by THEM on June 18,2024. On August 18 two months from the date of inspection, while driving the frame snapped due to rust. The car should not have passed inspection. Fortunately, no one was injured but this could have had a very different outcome. I had tried to resolve this issue with Nick P who is “management” without success. He offered to pay $500 towards a 2000. Dollar fix, not to mention the decrease in value of the vehicle now. The car was not safe to be on the road and should have never been sold and should not have passed inspection. I recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle from here to look elsewhere. Don’t let the name of a Honda dealership or the fact that a car was recently inspected fool you. The customer service is incredibly poor should you have a concern. From a moral standpoint I can not fathom that they are ok knowing they sold an UNSAFE CAR THAT THEY JUST INSPECTED. Lifes could have been lost. Do not go here for an inspection if you want to be sure your car is safe either. For anyone who has experienced a similar issue and is not able to have your issue or concerns addressed professionally there are options out there to hold the dealership accountable. Penn dot will come out and reinspect your car and file a complaint. The attorney generals office is also an option as well as the better business bureau. I hope this post helps anyone who is currently considering buying a car from here. Do yourself a favor and have another mechanic check the car over, even if the dealership just inspected it. Who knows how many unsafe vehicles they sale and they will not fix their mistakes.
****review edited since a reply can not be made- in regards to you’re response , no one is working with me. If you want to know what else you can do, do something. You have done nothing but try to minimize with a generic response. If you want to do something, fix the car to the condition it was supposed to be sold to me in- meaning a car that was just inspected and should have been considered safe to be on the road. It is a shame that you do not take accountability for your short comings and fix a car that you should have never sold or inspected. You know that no one is working with me. You know that calls haven’t been returned. You know that you sold me an unsafe car that you inspected. You know that I could have or other people could have been killed yet you don’t care. You don’t return calls and you don’t make any effort whatsoever to resolve the problem. May more money be lost for your greed by others who read this comment then it would have cost you to right your wrong. Very very poor dealership and word of mouth spreads quickly. If you can’t be bothered to fix how you have wronged me I hope that it is enough of a wake up call to fix your poor practices for others moving forward. No one should ever be sold a car with a rusted frame that was just inspected. I hope other people haven’t been injured by your poor practices.

Horrible service department. My mom, a senior citizen, bought a new CRV 5 weeks ago, and it has been leaking oil. The dealership dismantled part of her vehicle said that parts were not available for days, and then refused to give her loaner vehicle. Cochran Honda tries to take advantage of senior citizens, and is horrible to their customers. I tried to intervene on her behalf, and no management was available to discuss the situation. Dealership General manager in Disney World, no other managers anywhere to be found. Service advisor was not helpful and could care less about my mother's needs.
Worst Honda dealership in America!! This family will never purchase another Honda.

Considering this is a Honda dealership, I feel as though they need more knowledge on honda warranties. I purchased a honda in 2015 and received the premium drive forever coverage. On the brochure it specifically states that the drive forever warranty is honored at any honda dealership in the united states or Canada, so you can travel at ease with the knowledge that if your vehicle breaks down you can have it fixed anywhere. I called after my starter went out with my car not even at 100k miles. I was essentially given the run around of we actually don't need to honor the warranty because you didn't purchase the car from us but we can attempt to get special permission, but no promises. Something didn't feel right, considering the wording on my paperwork, so I called another dealership (also one that i did not purchase the car from). They were able to tell me over the phone that yes the warranty is 100% accepted as long as the part that's wrong is listed as covered, which wasn't the answer I received from cochran. My car is currently at that dealership being fixed, and it's not even a honda dealership, and the warranty has been honored with zero issues from the start with them. I was looking into trading in my vehicle around January, and was pretty set on a cr-v, however it makes me nervous when other dealerships are more willing to honor a honda lifetime warranty than an actual honda dealership.

Good experience dealing with Andrew W. Made the buying process as smoothly as he could and was not pushy. Only downside was waiting on the new virtual signature process lot of bugs need to be worked out

I just purchased my 2024 Honda Passport in May of this year.
I plan a trip to Tennessee to ride our motorcycles, we trailer our bikes to Seiverville Tennessee. I wanted to get the oil changed and give the Passport a good going over. No problem I call in the morning, and got the Passport in for service that afternoon.
