Rating one star only because I cannot rate 0 JCPenney was running a "reserve" sale on a freaking watch which my grandmother asked what it was and the lady at the jewelry counter was EXTREMELY rude, talking over her and being dismissive also the reserve price was for a damn watch not a 2k + engagement ring or something and we'd have to drive back and pick it up will not be back please educate your staff on being polite when answering questions instead of repeating that they've always had this sale and talking over people like a child.

I have been getting my hair done by Brittany F for 3 years now and she always does an amazing job while also keeping my hair healthy! I always leave the salon feeling great! She is also very friendly and kind.

Saturday 2/24 I sat for 7.5 HOURS getting my hair done. Absolutely nothing what I asked for. My hair was ORANGE I held out hope for a week using purple shampoo to tone it down but it turned red so I had to contact another salon to get it fixed and only sat 3 hours and got exactly what I wanted and the red out of my hair not only was it not at all what I asked for she CHOPPED INCHES OFF AFTER I SAID I DO NOT WANT A CUT. I give 1 star because everyone was polite and nice.

I've been coming here for all of my hair cut/color needs since relocating to the Johnstown area and have never been disappointed. Heidi specifically has been great for my last few visits- she's attentive, efficient, and always delivers a look better than I can hope for.

Ten stars for Beth Michell!! Beth is an amazing stylist! She has been my stylist-cut, color, style-for 20 years! She also cuts, colors, and styles my family members and friends. Beth is always up to date on all the hair styles, trends, and techniques. I constantly receive compliments on my hair color and style…absolutely love when it’s my turn to see Beth!! Not only is she a gifted stylist but she is so very personable…excellent conversation every.single.time!! Seriously can’t wait for my next appointment!
