After an unfavorable experience at another dealership, I ended up at Spangler Subaru. They were extremely busy. Charlie was the best. Answer all my questions, got me the best deal for me that I never thought possible. Even afterward, I had a few more questions and he answered those too, in a timely fashioned. Next one will definitely be from him.

Passenger side rear door will not unlock. Spangler Sevice insists they have never heard of this, but google shows hundreds of problems. A 2021 Ascent purchased and service by Spangler. This is unsafe since I cant get to one of the grandkids car seats. Spangler and Subaru America dont wish to help or get involved. They were all very cooperative during the sale process.

Called a few months ago and asked about the first time free oil change. Was told no appointment needed. Took car there since it was closest for me. Told them I was there for the first free oil change. They tried to tell me it also needed a cab filter. Showed a dirty filter to me. I said no. Come to find out from a mechanic what they would have charged me $55 for can be bought for $13 and rarely are ever replaced. Car has 3,000 miles. When I was done the free oil change cost me over $87 after a $10 coupon they gave me for the miscommunication. The filter he showed me wasn't mine. I saw him carrying it around as I was leaving.
