I walk in and every employee is speaking to each other by screaming, not because they were angry, but just because they were speaking loudly even though they were right next to each other. I place an order on my app for a reward for two hot dogs. I sit there, watch them make it, standing right next to the pick up location for mobile, They package my food and then leave it behind the counter, walk away and then walk by me at least six times. They don’t ask any questions about what I’m waiting for or if that food is mine and do not put it in an area that I can reach. By the time I got the food It was cold, so much for a reward. Won’t be returning to this location

I'm born and raised in Johnstown so I remember the first sheetz. I went to the one on central ave today and I have never seen it so unorganized and messy. They only had one Slurping machine working. The counters were wet and nasty and the place just wasn't clean. That's a first for me. I know Sheetz prides itself on Cleanliness to include the bathrooms. Btw I live in Maryland glad you finally putting a sheetz close to me in Bowie Maryland. I'm a fan of sheetz so maybe they just were having a bad day.

Terrible: not sheetz’s fault. Terrible location in the ‘hood’ of Johnstown, terrible customers, staff does their best but this location is awful. Always busy, understaffed, and not great customer service. Some try but it’s few and far between. I hate to leave a bad review but It is what it is,

Staff is for the most part friendly. The new building amazing, and they’ve added a TV with your order numbers for the food so you know what’s done and what’s being worked on.

I am disappointed with the coffee quality at Sheetz in Johnstown. The coffee machine seems to be using too much water and not enough coffee, resulting in a weak and tasteless brew. I have tried both locations and they are equally bad. I wonder if this is a deliberate strategy to cut costs and increase profits, but it is not worth it. The coffee is barely drinkable and I would not recommend it to anyone. I also ordered a salad for lunch, but it was mostly romaine lettuce with very little steak. The salad options were also very limited and uninspiring. I was not satisfied with my meal and I regret spending my money there. Sheetz has gone downhill and needs to improve its quality and variety. I would give the coffee half a star if I could. The salad was not much better.

I ordered a salad today 12/6/23, I ordered it with chicken strips, fry’s and extra ranch. I went back to work and opened it, there was no fry’s on my salad and only one thing of ranch. I paid for the fry’s and the extra ranch and didn’t get either
