Poor customer service, it was a complete mess in the store, & the manager refused to help because she was busy - I will NEVER spend money at this Sheetz again which is sad considering I spend 80-100$ a week there for lunch - NEVER AGAIN

Please teach your cashiers how to actually use the registers or put a cigarette machine by the self checkout!!!! Food behind the counter always being fresh and correct for me is the only reason you guys getting a two star review. I’ve read the reviews on food from this store and fortunately I have never had to deal with any issues ever regarding my orders. They are a billion times better at getting the orders right. Please don’t spit in my food you guys are great!!!!

Well maintained customer service is great, awesome food ,milkshakes allways open with a smile can't get no better maybe a remake with car wash is possibly only thing missing

Haynes St Sheetz is awful. They NEVER get an order right. We order a lot from this Sheetz at work because it's the only place open late. Not one of our orders has been correct - ever! I'm not talking about small things either - they miss whole items more times than I could count. Toppings are either missing entirely or incorrect. Don't ever order a salad because they never give you the dressing. Sauces are missing most of the time - so often that if a sauce is received it's a shocking surprise. You can't get your order delivered because it's cold when it arrives even though the store is literally 2 minutes away. You can't leave work to go pick up your order because it's never ready on time. By the time you get back from picking it up, lunch break is over. When you finally do get your order, nothing is marked correctly. They just throw random receipts on items - if you even get it marked at all. Everything is just thrown in the bag. Doesn't matter if it's upside down fries or cheese sticks thrown about randomly. It is really unbelievable to me that the employees get to keep their jobs. They obviously don't care at all. Out of 20+ orders we have placed they haven't been able to get one of them correct. Corporate doesn't seem to care either because they've been called NUMEROUS times about this particular Sheetz, and the same careless jerks still work there. Even a complete moron can get an order right once in a while. So this is not stupidity, they just flat out don't care. It's shameful that these employees actually take money for "working" there. I'm so done!!!

I'm there every morning before work the service is excellent the employees are always so pleasant there breakfast cart is always filled with my favorite breakfast sandwiches ?

It’s stink in there they are so dirty the manager cant see straight her eyes are going all over ther plan and they are very unprofessional both overnight manager I had a problem with the kitchen manager because she was trying to give me old French fries and I ask her to gave me new fries she told me they all fresh after I been stand there for 10 minutes they was already sitting there when I walk up and she got smart and then when I went to the front to just get my money back she ran in the back to tell the manager Samantha what happen and Samantha would not come to the front until I said I don’t have all night all I want was my money back instead of her apologizing for the service I just received she had a attitude as will (i never got smart with nobody I did get mad when the cashier told the two managers somebody have to talk to her so it was not my attitude) when she finally came to the front I said can I have my money back she gave a fake quarter so check your money before you leave I wish could have gave this place no star it stink bad in there

Very nice sheetz in the area and i rarely get mistakes on my orders however i made an order a little bit ago and the two employees working food only filled my bucket of fries and my drink halfway which is unfortunate but it is night shift so i don't hold it against them too badly
