“I’ve been trying to get a hold of them all day until they closed at four. I’ve emailed them. I’ve called them and everything because I got a message saying I needed to renew my lease. I’ve already paid for the next month but I cannot get a hold of them at all. I’ve been trying. I’ve called the number. I’ve emailed and everything The least they could’ve done is emailed me back. I’ve had this unit for almost 3 years and I’ve never had to renew the lease and I don’t even live in Pennsylvania anymore, so it’s not like I can go up to the office to sign the renewed lease.”
“Joe was accommodating and very helpful when we originally had a reservation at another location that wasn’t able to uphold the reservation. Joe took care of everything, from getting us setup with another box truck to handling the other reservation and canceling it for us. Really appreciate how helpful he was, definitely will be returning.”
