John, Ken, Tim, and Robert provided exceptional service! They were able to get me in on a Saturday over the holiday weekend to put my new tires on. They were reasonably priced and so fast and efficient! I felt like I could trust them with my vehicle, time, and money. I will be a returning customer. Thanks to the entire team for the transparency and efficiency - and my car drives great with my new tires!

Nice friendly service. Real easy to make an appointment online. They also texted and emailed me the details of my appointment. I had called the shop and the technician was already going to check to see if they had the tires; he had called me back to say he pulled them and had everything ready for me when I got there in the morning. Besides getting tires they did an courtesy check and had to fix a couple of things (bulbs and wiper blades). Really great experience.

It was Saturday at 500 pm and a guy named Ken answered and had tires we needed cuz sumthiing happened to our car our tire got flat and and thank you to cernics Towing for Towing our car and so much thank you to Ken who worked past quitting time to help us get back on the road he took the time and done a great job we recommend Monro best service and kindest guy tat helped us he's a blessing thank you so much

I was in town for a funeral. To make a stressful situation worse, I blew out a tire coming into Johnstown on a steep winding road. I needed a replacement tire of the exact brand because my car is AWD and I also had to get back home (4 hours away) the next day. The guys at Monro on Luther Rd really came through for me. John ordered a replacement tire at 5 pm that same day. When I called the next morning, Ken B couldn’t have been nicer. He assured me he would have the tire by 1 pm at the latest. By 10:05 am, he called me to let me know the tire had arrived. While I was at the funeral, Ken squeezed me into their busy schedule. They inspected the rim and undercarriage for damage, replaced the tire, and balanced all four. I was back on the road by 1:30 pm. Very grateful for the outstanding service!

I visited today for assistance removing the rusted screws from my license plate. My appointment wasn't listed, but the two gentlemen that were working still went out of their way to help me. After I left, I realized I made the appointment at Mr. Muffler, not Monro. Regardless, Monro stepped up and helped me and I'm so thankful!! You all are great!!
