The virtual agent for ordering O2 supplies by phone is a great improvement over previous method. Can’t tolerate the “outsourced” personnel, I can’t understand them at all. I prefer ordering oxygen through the virtual agent. Want no part of the app.
For me, jury is still out on Adapt Health in general.”
