I went in for a persistent cough and shoulder pain (their xray machine was down) and told the person seeing me that a lot of people at work have strep. He listened to my lungs and I had to ASK for him to look at my throat. I told him I was seen at icare and had antibiotics and steroids but did not take them properly due to work and forgetting. He then asked asked with judgement, "you couldn't take them at work?" Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful though.

One star just because there was nothing less that that. This place is absolutely absurd! I took my son in to get his eye checked in march, and the lady at the front desk looked at the other lady and was like oh we can’t see him can we? The other lady then replied oh no we can’t, we don’t have someone here that specializes in eyes. My son had gotten poked with a stick and I was just wanting to make sure there was no more stick fragments in his eye. So we left and went elsewhere.
Just last week my son had a fever and a bad cough starting, he had been exposed to several ppl with pneumonia and bronchitis. I thought it was best to get him checked as I was afraid he had either one of those. Same situation ??♀️walked in they both looked at each other and was like oh we can’t see you, we don’t have a x-ray machine to look at his lungs. I then proceeded to say you can’t just swab his mouth to see what’s going on. They said no you will havta go elsewhere. I proceeded to go to the ER, and guess what…. All they did was a mouth swab. NO X-RAY MACHINE INVOLVED! These ladies really do need to be removed from their job as all they seem to do is turn people away, and continue to sit there just for the paycheck.

I Waited for an hour for a drug test. Then when I was back there, the lady took my license. It made me sit in a room for about 25 minutes. Then to tell me her systems were down.

Very glad I went there for a dog bite. Staff and the doctor were fantastic. We will be telling our employees to go there too.
