I just purchased a King Temprapedic mattress & Ergo base from Moustafa. He worked with me on 2 different occasions & was extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful & wise in his recommendations. My husband has lower back pain & me, neck issues. Moustafa guided me though the decision process to find the perfect fit for us. He was patient & available & I felt confident with my purchase because of the care I received. I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse & Moustafa if you're interested need of a mattress. ?

I ordered Full size mattress, base, and protector from this store for around $2500 on the 8th. It was supposed to be delivered the next day, but what was delivered was wrong and a $1000 less then what we ordered. I'm a little frustrated because it was 7:00 in the morning, but I understand mistakes happen. I called and the lady had said it would be fixed that day, it wasn't. They ended up saying it wouldn't come untill Thursday. Then was called again the same day and the guy said he waited to long to put the order in it wouldn't come in until Friday. However we got email stating our delivery time for Thursday. Then an Email saying it was delivered Friday Morning. However, we know it hadn't because we had to go to NC on Friday, and had asked for it to be delivered on Monday. Said it wasn't possible but they could have it to us on Wednesday. A whole week later. Then Tuesday night we had waited for an email stating the time they would be there, but we received none. Instead we got woken up at 7:00 in the morning for our delivery by the knocking. Once the men were done I had asked if they were gonna take the wrong order back and they said they were not scheduled to, so no. Talked to another representative who said they didn't even know we had the other stuff, and couldn't find our previous order. I said I would call the store later. Just for the store to call my brother and tell him we BLOCKED their number and we needed to call them so the can schedule a time for them to pick the stuff up another day! Highly unprofessional the whole time, and will not be ordering from there or any other Mattress Warehouses stores from now on.

Thought Chuck was an honest salesman but instead we got screwed! He talked us into buying a $200 mattress cover to protect our investment. Then he gave us a free gift cuz we spent enough money, but don’t open it he said, give it away as a gift to someone. Mattress, mattress protector, and gift was delivered. We put the protector on the bed and then opened the gift and found a mattress protector in the free gift that we were told not to open. We immediately called the store and the manager said we could not return the $200 protector because we put it on a brand new mattress.Called corporate and got the run around. Called district manger Kevin Keller leaving 3 messages, he never returned. This was our second and last mattress will buy from them!!!!!

Chuck was very helpful with the purchase of our new mattress and adjustable frame. He gave us the best possible deal and was very knowledgeable on all products available to sell. Even gave us a deal on pillows. My husband and I definitely reccomend going to Mattress Warehouse for all your bedding needs.
