My Fiancé and I were in need of a quality mattress , and Mattress Firm was the first place we visited. During our first visit, we worked with Chuck, who spent several hours with us narrowing down what exactly we were looking for. He was exceptional, and our only hesitation from purchasing then was sticker shock, and not knowing what was offered elsewhere. After doing our do-diligence, fast forward four months. We returned knowing a Kingsdown mattress was for us. This time, we had the pleasure of working with Mufasa, the store manager. After explaining we had been there previously, and were ready to make a purchase, he walked us through the process seamlessly. Not only did he explain everything thoroughly and answer every question patiently, but he mentioned that he had included Chuck on the sale. That meant a great deal to us, considering it was due to his time spent with us previously that we were returning. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experiences and are looking forward to finally sleeping comfortably!

Mason M. is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He is not a pushy salesman.He was very helpful in describing the difference between the various styles of mattress.I will definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.

This was my first Mattress Firm experience. My wife and I were shopping for an adjustable bed and mattress. We visited other stores (Ashley Furniture) the pressure started at the door and made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable. The sales person showed us the most expensive mattress and frames first. The prices were far more than we would have liked to spend. I told the sales person that we would sleep on it. We left there and saw the Mattress Firm Store at the Galleria. We went in and they were busy. We were told to make ourselves at home. Try whatever you want. If you have any questions we're here. No pressure. Ahh! Mason Melendez answered all of our questions and since it was presidents day sale we got a really great deal. We got everything we wanted and more for half the price of the other guy. Also, the other guys delivery was 5-6 weeks. Mattress Firms delivery was 2 days. We did have an issue with the mattress and Mason took care of us. We had two different delivery people and they were both professional and helpful. Thank you guys for the great experience and I will recommend you to everyone who will listen.Henry DaduraPortage Pa

The Sleep Expert who took care of us really knew his business. He was thoroughly familiar with the products and answered every question we had. He listened to our concerns and needs and made a couple of different recommendations based on them. His outgoing nature made it a pleasure to work with him to select the right mattress and frame for our needs.

We purchased a new king tempur proAdapt 12" mattress today at mattress firm. Dan was very helpful and demonstrated all the features of the mattress and adjustable base. Also worked with us to give us the discounts that were available tous. Can't wait for the delivery which is very quick also. Thank you so much Dan.
