Quick service and a friendly Service Department staff made it a pleasure while waiting for my new Toyota Crown to have its 1st maintenance appointment. The donuts and coffee in the waiting area were a great waiting room feature as well!

I had an issue with paint peeling on my Toyota Prius.They got it in kept me updated on progress. When I picked it up it looked showroom new and it is a 2010. I am very satisfied. The staff is very friendly. Thank you for your work and attention to detail.

The whole process was pretty simple and painless. Everyone from my salesman (Doug) to the sales manager (Scott) were transparent with pricing and payments. The sales manager Scott went above and beyond to get me to price I was comfortable with paying and got me to the payments I needed to be at. Vicki in finance was friendly to work with, straight forward and gave me my options and didn’t over sale anything other than what I wanted. Overall a great experience with Laurel Toyota Johnstown, Pa and will be back!!!
