“Humble and down to earth people inhabit this space. When going into a jewelry store, I mostly expect snobbery and rudeness, or at least pushy sales tactics. I'm not normally wrong. It's just been my experience. These folks are different. I mean, I just needed some watch batteries replaced that I was not comfortable doing myself. Not a high dollar transaction by any means. I was stunned when the man told me he'd do one for, and I'm not exactly sure about the price, but I think it was around 7$. Definitely less than 8 bucks, and he replaced my watch battery while I looked around the shop. What a cool cat! As one would expect, I brought him 2 more watches in the following weeks, and I'll go back. I don't deal alot in jewelry beyond Xmas or birthday gifts for my wife. Funds are normally a bit tight, that's just my life. I do keep some silver and gold bullion coins that I bought online in my safe at home. They're meant to be an investment, but more likely, they'll be sold for cash in case of an emergency. That's the extent of my precious metal experience. I do seem to remember purchasing some white gold hoop earrings for my wife probably 9 years ago in this same shop. I also remember being shocked when the very same guy knocked 10$ off of the marked price for me. I really don't know if that's standard practise or not, but I was pleasantly surprised and I thought that was worth mentioning. The woman working there was pleasant and helpful as well. I'm honestly not sure why it took me nearly 9 years to go back into this shop, but from now onward, I won't go anywhere else. Check them out, they'll surely help you with whatever your needs are. In addition to that, the smile on your face when you leave is free for the taking, and that's something I cannot put a price on. Can you??”

“I recently bought some coins here. She was very friendly, professional, helpful, honest, knew what she was talking about, and can accurately grade coins. She had me look the coins over before buying, to make sure we agreed upon the condition. Coins were fairly priced, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a coin shop.
