Was very happy with my visit to my local Jackson Hewitt, I called before I came to ask which documents I needed to bring. They then told me what documents I needed to bring, and also made an appointment for me to come in upon a Rison, they sent me a text stating that my appointment has been confirmed when I walked in. I felt so welcome so open and ready to get my taxes done. They took all my documents and went and process them through on the website. It says about 60 minutes, but it literally took them about 20 to 25 minutes to process my return. After everything was all said and done they gave me emails and and copies of the documents that they had. They gave everything to me in a little folder and told me to keep it handy once I got home after the appointment I got home and I realize that I got a text from Jackson Hewitt saying that if I need to talk to any other documents that I could do so from myJH

Jackson Hewitt has a great team! They always make sure you understand the process and keep you updated with any changes. I've been using Jackson's Hewitt for years. Prior I did my taxes myself. Would recommend to anyone.
