I cannot rave enough about the customer service I receive at this store. Dario moves mountains to help me. He is patient kind and goes above and beyond to make sure my orders are complete. Lenny is also awesome. He makes sure that that his customers are well taken care of. No one ever feels like they're standing around waiting for him even if he's helping another customer. Rachel is also awesome. She couldn't be more helpful when I come in the store these three people are an asset to the Home Depot. I wish all Home Depot's had a Dario, Lenny and Rachel great job guys. Thank you so much for all of your help all the time..!!!

Very clean restrooms but the staff members are inattentive and unfriendly. Walked though the store and couldn't find anyone to offer any form of assistance, they just stared.

Ordered Kraftmaid cabinets in Jan and still have no cabinets installed - have received 4 deliveries all with damaged pieces-Home Depot contractors have been no show no call 3 times,the HD employee we dealt with is useless and only makes excuses for their vendors/contractors Kraftmaid is supposed to be one of HDs better product lines. We have paid HD more than$35K and all we have to show for it are stacks and stacks of boxes marked damaged .

do not under any reason use this company. prices are never right and when they make a mistake it takes a week to get your money back even though you just bought the item

I have a front porch that the contractor can't start because the flooring is still not here. according to Home Depot they can't locate the shipment. That was the beginning of May. Supposedly reordered & would be here middle of June. its near the end of June & nothing! I'm thoroughly disgusted with the runaround.

The man that waiting on us to put our order in was awesome.Up at checkout the girl that check us our very friendly,but with us talking we all made a mistake and forgot to pick up a bag.She was very professional and would recommend her a raise.

If I could do less than one star, I would. The WORST customer service and the most incompetent people in the carpet department. They made a huge error in our order and were nothing but rude and condescending to us when the error was realized. Three months later, still not resolved! I will never set foot in your store again and will be returning over $800 in merchandise this weekend. You'd think with Lowes across the street, you'd try and retain business. Lowes gained a loyal customer today, good riddance Home Depot!

their service is horrible. I was there to purchase 50 sheets of drywall . talked to 3 seperate employees that were too busy to help me . ( apparently standing around is very tough ) So i went to Lowe's. and while i was there i ordered 9 kitchen cabinets for my remodel along with my drywall

My fellow Facebook friends: Please remember this photo the next time you are heading to the Home Depot. Remember how they TRULY feel about our country and the wonderful opportunities it has afforded the men and women (like this girl!) throughout history. And, when you realize just how they view our country, then just TURN AROUND and go to Lowe's!!!!!!

I went to Home Depot a few weeks ago and slipped on black ice outside of there doors where 4 right 5 employees were not only did nobody offer help or apologies but it took them 20 minutes to puthe salt down after my boyfriend told them Ithat was slippery after we left we called and talked to a manager who didn't even seem to care he said he would let someone know the next day I got a call from a third party who Said they do investigations to see who was at fault and if it was home depot only after the medical treatment was complete they would pay for the bills wow how nice of home depot !!!!°
