Brian and Keith are not what you'd expect to find at a car dealership. We live 2-1/2 hours away so I called ahead and told them we were coming to see a Nissan Frontier. When we got there it wasn't on the lot...they had pulled it into the garage to clear off the snow that had fallen that morning, and give us a warm place to look it over!! Good luck finding that at a name-brand dealership. The price of the truck was VERY reasonable, they gave me a fair price on my trade-in, there was absolutely no pressure to decide like there so often is at the bigger dealerships, and did everything they could to ensure that we had a truly enjoyable, stress-free vehicle purchase. Brian also took the time to go over most of the vehicle's features and functions. There is so often a great deal of stress, pressure and frustration associated with buying a vehicle. Brian and Keith remove all of that and make the process actually enjoyable. I highly HIGHLY recommend buying from them and would do so myself again without hesitation.A word of caution: don't let Roxie sucker you into giving her Brian's hat as a toy! With her big eyes and wagging tail, she can be very persuasive!!Okay all joking aside, thanks again guys for everything. I hope we can do business again one day.

Keith and Brian went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a vital family vehicle. Even personal cell numbers to make the process easier, good luck getting that at a big box dealer. At closing Brian gave us a voucher for a second key fob since the vehicle only had one at purchase as well as an extended warranty once the vehicles intital one ran out. We could not recommend them more as they came through with local dealers having a 4 to 8+ month window on vehicles that interested us.

They were amazing to us …worked with us above and beyond all expectations……we picked a more affordable car that ran perfectly but were not happy with the decision and wanted something different. they made sure we got the car we wanted which they did not have to do by any means after we already had left with a car from the lot and it honestly felt like they wanted us to be 100% satisfied with our choice. If u need a car and want to purchase from a place that makes you feel like they care about you and how you feel I highly recommend them. Personal shout out to Brian for all the help you gave me and Nichole and we could not be happier with our final choice of going to Hollern and meeting you. Thank you so much.
