Very kind and helpful. Also very patient with us as we were making such difficult and traumatic decisions. Everything ran smoothly before/during/after funeral. Explained all the packages for purchase and did not push the bigger ones on us to try make bigger profit. Understanding and compassionate staff. Absolutely recommend them before any other funeral home in johnstown.

My kitty died at 11 30 at night and these kind people were very sweet through the entire process even though it was late at night. They came and picked her up, even allowing us the time we needed before handing her over. We didn't expect to get a nose print or much fur but they got us a great looking nose print and paw prints along with much more fur than I had thought. These little things meant a lot to my family. They answered any questions I had and were willing to drop her off to me at a friend's house when they were done cremating her and I wasn't able to make it home in time. It made the ordeal of losing our beloved kitty much easier and we greatly appreciated it and still do. ?

They were very helpful and understanding. It's hard to leave a review for a service over such a sensitive topic but we have used this facility for all of our unfortunate needs for at least the past 18 yrs.

My father in law dog passed away on a Sunday night and he wanted her cremated. I had no clue what to do on a Sunday night at 1030pm. I called the funeral home and frank was so wonderful and explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

Unfortunately, this is the second time we've had to use Hindman's Pet Pathways service, but we are always extremely satisfied with their professionalism and compassion for our beloved pet when they take them into their care. They make the process very simple, straightforward, and returned our furry loved one quickly so that we can get the closure we needed. As wonderful as they are, I hope it is a long time before I need to use Pet Pathways again.

I can't express my gratitude enough. Courtney made a difficult phone call much easier with her kind and respectful tone. If you have any reservations about where to get a beloved pet cremated, this is the place to call. I feel comfort knowing that my cat was in loving hands as she made her way into the afterlife.

I can not express in words what a comfort it was to work with Frank. He was so compassionate and personable. He did not know my mother but he acted as if they were old long time friends. He made my siblings and I feel as ease, that our mother was going to be taken care of with dignity and respect. She looked very natural and asleep. Frank and Hindman stepped in for another Funeral Home that we had contracted with for pre-need arrangements. To say that Frank and Hindman "saved the day" is an understatement. We can not "THANK YOU" enough. We can only recommend to everyone we know that Hindman Funeral Homes is the best place to take your loved one for exceptional service.
