The availability of products I is great but the service not so great the people are just generally all around not helpful and sometimes bordering on rude I would rather shop by myself then ask one of their stuff for help and that's not the way to run a business

First time at Harbor Freight and went to the Scalp Ave store. A nice employee (name tag said Jim) was obviously busy doing inventory but took time out to politely help me. He knew where everything was and was very specific on where to find it -- down to where it was in the aisle! 100% will come back again!
