Walmart has gone downhill so much these past few years. I was in the Johnstown Walmart, and I got cash back on the self check. I wanted change instead of a $20, and I asked the lady watching the registers to break the $20. She has her CSM come over, open the drawer, and as the drawer was open she tells her "we're not supposed to give change" so the lady closes the drawer. How difficult is it to give change when the drawer was already open? So o had to wait for them to reopen the drawer. I don't under why they both had to make a big deal About breaking a $20. Walmart is the absolute worst for customer service. They do not care about their employees or their customers. As I was leaving she said in a sarcastic tone "1800walmart" .

where do i start... i made a purchase via black Friday promo 11.22 today 11.23 during my lunch i went to pick up the item. 5972114-795293. I parked in the correct Black Friday spot and called the given number. The number is not in service and the message I get is that there is no voicemail set up. I check in via the app but I am in space 58 and it will not allow me to choose 2 digit number only a number 1-9 and letters A-F so i call the store. I am told that someone will be out with my item. I wait 20 mins more and no1 comes out so i call customer service number and I am on hold for 20 mins as they try to contact the store but can not get through. Now I have been waiting for 40 mins and finally after going back and forth with the agent he transfers me to the pharmacy just to screw me over and to get me off the phone. So i call customer service back again. I speak to a lady who tries and tries to call the store and can not contact them. I beg to speak with a manager and I am told one will call me back.... still no call back from them. My app keeps buzzing saying I am there to pick up my item when I am no longer there bc I had to go back to work. I look again and my item is no longer in my items. I get an email saying my order is now canceled. I call costumer service back again and beg to speak with a manager. I am told a manager will not talk to me bc they are too busy with the holiday and they are short staffed. Diego than hangs up on me. I can not believe this is the costumer service you have at a big company like Walmart. This is totally unbelievable.

Please add Apple Pay / Google Pay as an option for payment. Its going to be very convenient and more secure. Also if you forgot your credit card that option could save you, from going back home and then going back to shop.

Worst store I've ever been! The parking lot is a huge trash field. The inside is just as filthy with bare shelves that are never stocked! Do yourself a favor and drive to somerset Walmart. You'll find a clean store with much better selection and you won't be stressed out the second you pull into the parking lot.

I have been in Johnstown for two years. This is one of the worst Walmart's I have ever been too. If you buy clothing and wash it once it starts to fall apart. I only shop here now for food no clothing or electronics anymore. Nothing doesn't last and they cost more than most stores in the mall for jeans. For the price they wanted for jeans there I was able to go the mall and get two pairs that were higher end for the price they wanted for one pair at Walmart. Plus, why does all their shirts have holes ? Like I see dressy clothes I walk over to them and there was holes in the shoulder area. I can see for some people but not everyone likes that look especially for nice clothes that you could wear to work. I was over by the chicken one day and ether was two men sitting on the ledge where the chicken was. I waited was thinking they would leave instead they stood there laughing at me to my face than they finally walked off laughing like what the hell was so funny? I approached the store manager one time as well and she was smart mouth with me for asking her a question because she was doing her rounds and I bothered her apparently. Walmart also got rid of there dress codes I get so sick of going in there and someone with blue hair cat hair on them and ratty hair and then run when they see a customer coming their way to ask them a question. Why train them when they do what they want anyways. I so can;t wait to move out of this area very trashy place. Walmart needs to hire friendly people and get back their dress codes. I like approaching workers with a little class, jeez NO more Walmart for me. I am taking my grocery shopping elsewhere.

They usually have everything you need, BUT don't expect to get in and out. This place is Way too BUSY!! The parking lot set up is the WORST set up EVER!! People just walk right out in front of you without looking. I try to avoid this place at all cost.... It's an instant bad mood just turning into the parking lot. I would rather pay a few extra bucks and get my stuff elsewhere! Please bring TARGET to our area.

Went there no door handle on milk door ask a grocery guy not my are he is on lunch be back in about 45 min not waiting then a week later did Walmart pick up same location Johnstown pa and my order got everything but grapes where all lose in a Walmart bag no container or anything and then cheese was slice so dam thin can't get a slice when I get cooper cheese when go in store slice it good but not on pick up I guess

If you want to buy cheap trash, this is the place to go! I stopped going to all Walmart's because of this store. At times you might be lucky and find some one that actually knows something about an item in the area they work in. Anything ive got from this store in the past is all in the landfill now, its cheap junk and dont last very long. Management is incompetent and know nothing as well, there only there to treat there workers like trash. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere other than any Walmart on the planet. Just keep far from this place, you'll thank yourself later.

This is the worst Walmart I've been to. It isn't organized in a way that makes sense like the others, and its generally WAY too busy. Its hard to grab what you need in the grocery section without having to ask someone to move, and there is often a wait for chek out. All in all, the prices are good, but I try to avoid this particular Walmart.

Walmart isn't what it used to be. They are constantly changing the location of their products & we spand half of our time searching. We go there as a last resort instead of our first stop. We avoid going to Walmart as much as possible.

Had to go to Hellmart for several items . Razors and an allergy medication that had security tags on them so I had to go through a regular line and not self checkout . Enter Bob, the cashier who took his sweet old time scanning maybe 15-20 items . Literally 20 minutes until he's finished . It must be a new sick game this store plays on you. They have to tell these people to go as slow as humanly possible to piss you off. Scanning groceries isn't rocket science . So finally after Bob is done I look at my receipt and of course he's double rung several items . I then have the joy of waiting in the forever long customer service line to get it corrected . I'd rather pay a few extra dollars anywhere else than have to go through the hell of waiting in line again .

We all know what Walmart is. The prices are good. This particular Walmart has a McD's inside, and a bank etc. It's a "supercenter" for sure. The prepared food near the front of the store is rarely fresh, and the produce is often a swarm of gnats etc. Some basic things aren't being attended to, so I had to knock off a couple stars because I've been to much better Walmart stores, cleaner, etc... However, the selection is good, stocks are kept up, and it's easy to get in and out of.
