So called to get an estimate on work that needed to be done to the car ( brakes and rotors, oil change ,alignment and inspection) I was put on hold for about 5 minutes (not a real big deal there it is a shop) the gentlemen who ran the shop got on the phone told him I need some repairs done to the car and stated the make and model. He responded by what do you need done. I said I needed the brakes and rotors done I had the parts already and before I could finish he interrupted me and said we dont do work on cars unless we buy the parts and hung up on me. To me this tells me they want to rip you off on parts and make a profit. Just cant believe he turned down buisness guess he doesnt trust his labor and if he messes up he can just blame it on a faulty part that you never got to see. Really shady
