Chris is a very personable guy who is willing to accommodate your needs...He helped me set up a new computer in a pinch while i was temporarily in Johnstown. Comp Shop is also very reasonable when it comes to billing.

We had struggled for months with our internet service at our business. Comcast Business ensured us that with every 'fix' and 'adjustment' that they provided, we should be good to go. When our telehealth services were inconsistently supported by the internet, they told us to get extenders and that this no longer was an issue on their end. Extenders did not fix any of our issues. We called Comp Shop for support (we have purchased multiple laptops from them in the past and he has always provided us with great customer service) to see if he could assist in fixing our service at the office. He responded instantly, set up an on-sight evaluation, created a plan to resolve our issues and scheduled within 4 days. The best part of hiring Comp Shop to do this job, was that he spent HOURS on the phone with Comcast Business, uncovering a very real issue within their modem and security feature that refused to allow external devices (our extenders) to connect. He advocated for us, was able to 'speak the language' of tech support, and got our issues 100% resolved. He was flexible in every part of this process, committed to seeing this through until fixed, and adjusted what we needed as issues were uncovered. Comp Shop is very fair in pricing, does not waste time to create a larger bill, is transparent in every step in the process, and you can count on them to get you back to doing what your business needs to be doing....not sitting on the phone with Comcast or losing business with dropped internet service. It has been 2 weeks since Comp Shop came in. There have been multiple check-ins to make sure we have no issues, and I appreciate the commitment Comp Shop has to providing this level of service. We will be using Comp Shop for all of our technical needs from this point on. I highly recommend Comp Shop USA LLC

Highly recommended! My son’s gaming computer was having some major issues. I was headed into Johnstown for unrelated things and was able to drop the computer off without notice. He had it fixed within 2 hours and was very informative on preventative maintenance. I was only charged 1/4 of what I thought I was going to end up spending for the fix! Will definitely be coming here for any future computer repairs and will be recommending him to anyone I ever hear with computer issues.

I needed a new computer and was reluctant to go through the whole hassle of picking one out and setting it up. The I found The Comp Shop and Chris is now "my computer guy". I got a super great computer at an excellent price. It's obvious he loves what he does. He has a level of enthusiasm and knowledge that hard to find here in Johnstown. He made the whole experience super easy. If you need help or have questions - he's there. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
