Horrible went for an estimate after hitting a deer. Told him I just needed the estimate because I wanted to do the repairs myself. Told me I was wasting his time. Gave the insurance company a ridiculously low estimate. Said I needed no parts. My insurance company had to fight with claims over the estimate. Would never recommend him to anyone.

My vehicle was rear-ended and West End Auto did my estimate as well as the repairs. I picked it up today and it looks amazing! Seriously, looks 1000% better than when I purchased it! Thank you Chuck and crew for being so prompt, efficient and friendly. If I ever have collision issues again, I will most certainly go to West End Auto. I highly suggest them to everyone!
