They ripped off my best friends fiance after he passed away. She called and told them of his passing. was told the policy would be cancelled. Car was already gone. Over a month later she sees a charge and stops in the office, an older gentleman ,(guessing the owner) was rude and told her there was nothing he could do since it came out of his account and she wasn’t the policy holder. Like this ripoff artist artist and his son don’t make enough off of people, he could have reached in his pocket an gave her the 50 some odd dollars back.

Brett Insurance got us good rates on our car and homeowner's insurance, and have been consistently quick to respond and very helpful any time we needed any additional information from them. We have had only positive experiences with Brett Insurance.

Luckily, I have not had to make a claim for anything so far but the folks at Brett are very nice and so easy to work with and the rates are competitive. If you're looking for a company with great customer service, and a competitive product, I highly recommend Brett!

Buyer beware. Horrible insurance, rude staff. Switched insurance 2 months ago and they just overdrafted my bank account. They make it difficult and drag their feet if you switch insurance and decide to leave them. Rude customer service and unapologetic staff. Stay away and go somewhere else, you’ll thank me later!

I met with Judy Edsall in April to discuss the possibility of changing our car insurance and home owner’s insurance from Penn National to another company. Judy was able to find us policies with SafeCo that saved us a considerable amount of money. We appreciated her efforts, her courtesy and professionalism. Could not be more pleased with this company. I initially signed on with them for my home insurance, and kept my auto insurance with another provider (due to military status). Even though I did not use them for my auto insurance, they still sat down with me and discussed issues with my existing coverage and recommended changes in order to further protect myself (which I then did). After a year I met with Brett insurance again and ended up switching my auto insurance coverage to them, who ended up saving me $140 a year

While in the process of becoming a first time home buyer, Brett Insurance Agency was extremely responsive and helpful in getting our home policy in place well before closing. They seamlessly bundled my auto and home policies, resulting in a reduced auto rate. Additionally, they were able to cancel my wife's Geico policy bringing her into the bundled policy. We ended up increasing her coverage, while reducing her rate. I highly recommend the Brett Insurance Agency!
