The driver was true to his word on arriving in a timely manner and treated me like a person. He didn't "Manxplaining" or (because I'm a woman) treat me like I don't know anything.
Also liked the music choice he had playing.

The one guy that works there talks down to women. He is supposed to know at least a little bit about vehicles, well he completely stripped the lugnuts on our vehicle to the point that now they are stuck. I do not recommend. If I could've given 0 stars I would have.

This company is ripoff artists if they want your vehicle they charge you a astronomical fee to get your car back if you can afford it if not the keep your vehicle and hold the contents of your car you get your title they lied and kept my cbr last year saying that the officer said not to release it till I got the paperwork upto date knowing by then It cost more than it was worth to get the motorcycle out of impound I talked to the officer he never said that and the impound lot had no legal ability to do as such
