Never wrecked a car before! BRAT made it super easy and quick to just come in, get my stuff out of her and say a final goodbye. Real nice guy too!

The driver was true to his word on arriving in a timely manner and treated me like a person. He didn't "Manxplaining" or (because I'm a woman) treat me like I don't know anything.
Also liked the music choice he had playing.
