This autozone location 1115 Scalp Ave of PA is by far the absolute best location! From their friendly and knowledgeable stuff to this store housekeeping. I highly recommend choosing doing business with this phenomenal team. I personally want to shoutout MANAGER HARRY who exceed above the standard!! Harry’s knowledgeable skills sets helped me to make a clear decision on parts for a auto issue I was face with and solved my auto problem. In addition, Harry helped me through the entire auto issue I had while maintaining his other customers in a timely manner. It is refreshing to meet staff of Harry nature nowadays and I applaud and support that dearly!! I will be a repeated customer and will go to this location over any other. So often they give you the wrong part. I had one argue with me over a universal joint for a Ram 2500 . He even insisted someone changed the driveshaft. He kept giving me one for a 1500. After three trips in and finally talking to the manager, I was sold the right one. 60 miles(3 trips) later.
Another time, I ordered a pill pan for a Stratus. My coworker was sitting right beside me when I did. When we stopped to get it, it was for something else. The young man tried to lie and say that was what I asked for. Thankfully the coworker spoke up before I said anything and told him and his coworkers he was right next to me when I ordered it, and it was the pan for a Stratus. If you screw up, admit it. Don't try to lie, it makes you and the company look bad.

Went to store #4680 a little bit ago to buy wiper blades. I’ve never felt sun nor have I heard birds when buying or replacing wiper blades. That being said, Jesse at store #4680 completed the sales transaction and offered to change them for me. I would never ask someone to do this for me, but if it’s offered, then have at it. At the time of his offer, there was a literal downpour happening. I told him I’d find cover at a car wash and insisted he not worry about it. He grabbed the blades and disappeared into the dark rainstorm with a smile. The guy is an automotive soldier. So many nowadays (in general) don’t even want to do the bare minimum to get through a workday and it’s nice to this enthusiasm once in awhile. I’ve been going to this particular store for years and have always been very happy with the service, but Jesse has triggered the extremely rare event of me reviewing anything. His courteous and knowledgeable customer service is top shelf. Just in case corporate reads these reviews…do whatever you gotta do to keep this guy at store #4680

I’ve been here twice and the young gentleman who has helped me both times has been so patient and kind. First time was windshield wipers and he put them on for me and showed me how to do it. The second was for low beam headlights which he found the correct ones for me and explained the differences in type and price. Many thanks!
