They will pretend to not know anything to avoid responsibility, and claim ignorance about anything mail related. The lady who answered (K) said "I don't know anything about mail". This office should be re-staffed looking at the other complaints. Just terrible, such incompetence.

With all these amazon packages, but back in the day mail was always on time, and never received wrong packages or mine at someone else’s place, fix the people on west end please, that guy is a miserable sob
