Two abhorrent women run this place. One of them kept telling “you come here but you dont speak our language” when I asked her what she was mumbling to herself in front of my face. I am very well capable to speaking, writing and even singing in the language.
When I confronted her as to what she was telling, she started to use words like “honey”, “sweetie” to address me.
Terrible ppl and highly recommend not to bring your valuable business ever to this place.

The two old women who work here are so utterly miserable and rude. My family and I came as a large group to visit Jim Thorpe. We split up at one point and separately visited this Turkey Hill and both had very negative and blood boiling interactions with the two woman working there. I brushed off my own interactions with the women (woman with colored hair snapped at me for not standing in line for the bathroom properly?? I ignored the woman because I WASNT in line for the bathroom. She continued to yell at me to which I snapped back that I was not in line for it. The other blonde worker yelled at my brother when he stood in the wrong line even tho she kept going back and forth between registers so a simple “hey I’m over here now” would have been JUST fine instead of “I’m over here not there” with an insane attitude) I was fine until I heard they snapped and yelled at my 70 year old grandfather who asked to use the restroom. These women need a reality check and honestly to be fired. They apparently have a reputation in the area for being abhorrent human beings.

Just so you know that there are presently 23 cyclists that I know of, with possibly more, that won't be visiting your store ever again! I locked my bicycle to your firewood rack only to be told not to do it again. Well I got news for you, I'm not letting a $1200+ bicycle become stolen because one of your staff had an attitude problem. It wasn't even in the way of anything. It was on the side. Remember, a person has a good experience they tell 5, if it's bad they tell 25.

I was so excited to come here because I live out of state and I love Turkey Hill products when I can find them! I bought the turkey hill iced tea decaf Orange flavor and it was fantastic!The biggest disappointment is they don't have a larger hot food section, just some hot dogs which tasted fine.Very clean very organized and very polite staff.I told the lady behind the counter I was so excited to be there because I haven't been to a Turkey Hill in about 20 years. She said she's been working for Turkey Hill about 20 years. How funny would it be if she was the last person that waited on me lol

Betty should not be aloud to work there!. im going out of my way from here on out to not spwnd my 600 plus a month somewhere else. she snarks and yells at people and its embarrassing. she needs to go!

Workers incredibly stuck up and rude. Have been allowed to leave my car in the lot before to quickly run to pick up food from a restaurant a few buildings away. Upon doing so this time, a woman promptly started yelling at me from inside through the loud speaker that my car would be towed. Went inside to say I’ve been allowed to before and that i was even going to come in to purchase something on my return. They told me that wouldn’t matter. I was spoken to incredibly rudely and then as i was waiting to turn out of the lot i notice the woman hanging over the counter to stare me down. I called asking why they were staring at me so obviously and unnecessarily. I was told rudely that they were “sorry” and just making sure i was leaving. Why would i not be leaving? Workers are a joke and incredibly rude. Not to mention i was alone and carrying a toddler which added to the inconvenience. Guess you can’t hire anything but trash here anymore. Old workers were so much nicer in general about everything.
