Nashville hot chicken bao buns, mango habanero chicken wings, cocktails - all fantastic! Really can’t wait to come back and try the brisket!

The team that works here is very coordinated and try to communicate to the best of their ability considering the traffic flow in their location. This place is a vibe and the quality is great.

Only went for cocktails...but the food looked amazing. The creative cocktails and flavors were beyond expectations. The Baltimore Bang is a perfect example of balance.Service was stellar and perfectly attentive. This is a little gem you should visit! Next time we will check out the upstairs!

The service was attentive despite the place being packed. The cocktails were delicious and so was the hash we ordered off the brunch menu. It was a little chilly but what can you do when it's 20 something out and you have people coming in constantly cause you're so popular lol. Loved it would go again 10/10

This is my absolute favorite spot in the area. If I had no self discipline, I’d be there everyday single day that they are open. The food is ALWAYS amazing and on point. The cocktails are top Notch!Their rotating beer taps should please Craft Brew connoisseurs. The staff is always welcoming and on top of things.Ive been a Patron since the week that they first opened and I’m happy to see them so busy and going strong.Notch Eight is a much needed addition to Downtown Jim Thorpe and I love bringing my friends here. It’s also a great spot to meet new people who visit from all over.Keep an eye on their Social media pages for weekely specials such as 1/2 price smoked wings on Fridays and Smash burger beer specials on Mondays etc.Brunch Sat & Sunday until 3pm (as of this review)A must stop for any visitors to Jim Thorpe.

Party of 3, Thursday night at 7PM. Seated right away. Small place, but absolutely delicious food.Ordered pork sandwich, brisket tacos, and a meatball parm sandwich. Everything was great. Only regret is not being around to eat here again.Service was incredibly friendly.

Drive out of your way for this gem! Great craft beer selection, cocktails with fresh ingredients and superior service. I haven't even gotten to the food. THE FOOD!!!! Different items on the menu all the time. Creative cooking with fresh ingredients and always delicious! We tell our friends every time we go and they are always jealous if they can't join us. This is a must try if you haven't!!!

Unique and tasty bar food, perhaps not for the calorie conscious crowd, but totally worth the try. We found out they are dog friendly as well. We’re not local, but we’ll definitely find our way back as soon as we can!

Notch eight craft house was an okay experience. The ambiance leaned heavily toward a bar vibe, with limited seating available (we ended up sitting at the barrel table). We ordered the whipped feta tzakiki, poutine, and porkstrami, thinking the whipped feta is more of an appetizer and would come out first but it was the last item to arrive. It would have been better with fresh pita or pita chips. The potato chips were not satisfying. The espresso martini was the highlight of the night. I’d recommend coming here for drinks, but not food.

Definitely would 1000% recommend Notch Eight! The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, the vibe was incredible. The service was amazing! It left such a good impression for dinner, that we had to go back the next day for brunch.Highly recommend the kimchi fried rice for dinner, and the Okonomiyaki for brunch if you like spicy !

Notch Eight Craft fell short of expectations. The limited seating made the experience less comfortable, and the food quality was disappointing. However, they redeemed themselves with a selection of good drinks. Overall, it felt overrated due to the underwhelming food and limited seating.

Such a fun, small, quirky place with the best drinks and food. The kitchen staff get a A plus! So delicious.
