I honestly regret the fact that we are still making a purchase here. I tried to ask as respectfully as possible if my wife could use the restroom because someone else from the outside came in and used it, and got an attitude in return.
I specifically said "I respect the fact that it says employees only" because I knew the answer could be no, but she went above and beyond to make me feel stupid for even asking.
The reason I asked in the first place is because someone else came in from the outside and used the restroom with no issue so I thought it was worth clarifying if we are a buying customer. She even could have suggested another nearby shop that allows that convenience for paying customers.
In return, we will not be back and neither will our family on future trips.

I love clothes and I love natural materials and I love earth friendly this is my favorite shop my very favorite, I find wonderful things in my size .Not only are my favorite clothes from here but some of my favorite jewelry and the softest socks you can imagine. I can’t say enough good things about the owner and the people that work in the shop.

I bought a little turquoise ring from here, I was told it was stainless steel. It was pretty pricey, all for it to be fake. The ring is completely tarnished and awful looking. I’m beyond upset I was lied to.

I visit here every time I come to Jim Thorpe and always find something I love. It's a great selection of sustainable clothing and a variety of other items. The staff and owner are always welcoming. It's a little bit of a higher price point but not overpriced. I highly recommend it!

Cute store - but purchased a headband that was way too big. Tried to return or exchange the next day and they refused. Disappointed in customer service.

Very nice little shop. I purchased a pair of recycled cashmere gloves and a cute sterling silver garnet ring. The gloves are so warm and I like the fact that they were made from recycled material. The garnet ring is one of my favorites.

I've visited the store twice and have found wonderful well priced clothes and products each time. The alpaca sweaters are to die for, and they have a wide selection of styles and sizes for everything.

I love, loved this shop. It is refreshing to see fair trade products at fair prices as well. The clothing items were beautiful. I would definitely visit again. In fact, I would like to see a website of products for online purchase, as well.
