“This is the single best antique store I’ve ever been in. It could take you a whole day just to walk through the isles filled with incredibly amazing goods! So much fun!”
“This shop is awesome! It's in an old service station, and the collectibles and antiques are mixed in between the fixtures from the old station. Everything is clean, clearly displayed, and the prices are affordable. There's something for everyone in the store, and Yvonne is very kind and helpful. If you're looking for primitives, fabric, kitchenware, dinnerware, etc., be sure to stop here!”
“I go there every time I can I recommend it very clean and very neat you won't be sorry I found everything in there that I wanted too much of what everything I wanted so stop by it's a great place”
“I recently stumbled upon this absolute gem of an antique shop completely by accident. Based on the exterior alone, I parked immediately, went inside and was beyond impressed. It’s no easy task organizing, cleaning and merchandising when you’re in the business of selling antique items. But this shop is the exception to the rule. Very easy to navigate, nothing shoved away in corners and drawers where no one could ever see them. Probably the cleanest antique shop/mall I have ever been in and is aesthetically pleasing. It’s obvious that the owner (who is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and kind) is not only genuinely passionate about her business but spends much time and energy into creating an environment with an ambiance that makes everyone who comes in feel comfortable and welcome.”
“2/4/2024 I had been wanting to visit this place since driving by it for many years. It's a bit out of the way so I kept forgetting about it. I was actually planning to go to Anthracite Mercantile. On my way there I found myself in front of Claypoole's. I loved the owners and perusing the store. They were friendly and helpful. There is an abundance of merchandise but the store is not organized. I found the items to be extremely expensive. February is make an offer- but I am not comfortable with this- it would be insulting. I found a vintage glass rooster priced at 24$- I found the exact same item at Studio 895 for 4$. That's a great example of what I'm talking about. It's a fun place to look around- but I'm not likely to purchase anything there. I don't like when retail shops price something ridiculously high and then offer a "discount". Even with said discounts you'll be overpaying.”
“This store had some really great items with a little but of everything on display. The owner was very friendly, appreciated my buisness and his prices were pretty fair in my opinion. I picked up 2 1860s Swords with battle damage and couldn't wait to get them on my wall. I wanted every rifle he had on his wall also, but unfortunately I had to pay for a mortgage. I look forward to visiting this store again in the future.”
