Dishonest, untrustworthy, poor service. I will never use this place to fix anything. Make sure you're checking underneath your car and whatever repairs you got from this shop. Mechanic never replaced one of my brake lines on my car. Had it towed to another repair shop and had other mechanics look at what was repaired. Turned out Showcase mechanic never replaced the brake lines he was supposed to fix, but had the audacity to charge me for it and thank God I did not get into any serious accident when the brakes failed on me last week.Service: Auto brake replacement

Showcase auto will only fix enough to get you going, but will not fix other glaring issues so that you keep going back. I've had my 05 suburban at this place two times now for brake line repair. The first time I told them to replace all the brake lines, they did not, they only replaced the hard to get rear brake line. A few months later the next brake line goes, I take it to allroundtire, who then takes it to showcase because they don't bend brake lines. The exact same thing happens, I give clear instructions to replace all bad lines, they replace only the line that's bad, literally 2 weeks after the line was replaced the 2nd time, another brake line failed which almost killed my wife and I.They also put a cheaply made re-manufactured hydroboost unit in my vehicle, which is already failing and it hasn't been a month. Charged me $1000 both times for junk work, and junk parts.This isn't even mentioning the time I made an appointment to get my corvette fixed, showcase didn't touch it for a week and just left it sit outside in the rain and snow. What's the point of paying $1200 a year to store it indoors if you're just going to let it sit outside for weeks because you can't honor an appointment you made. I don't care what other cars you're working on.You're lucky that alltroundtire took my vehicle to you, because they are your customer, not myself, because if I took it you the second time and this happened 2 weeks after, I'd introduce you to my attorneys. I have much better ones representing me than that place across the street from you because I sell about 10x the parts online in a year that they do. You will never touch another vehicle I own the rest of my life. When I talk to cork on Monday I'll specifically tell him, no car I own will be taken to showcase under any circumstance, I'd rather have it towed to California if that's what it takes.Services: Auto brake replacement
