Staff is very friendly and always so quick. I ship quite a few things for a small business and always look forward to walking to the post office because I know it will be a good experience.

Please put someone whos not too shaky when take picture, had an appointment for baby picture for passport and the older lady was too shaky even to hold the camera and ruin my whole day, cant take pic anywere else since its by the online appointment.

I've always receive great service here by both the guys that work in the office. Answer all questions will reach out to Archbald PO if needed very helpful. Thank you! They are much more friendly than the Archbald office (guy there is Mr. Miserable) Again I thank you guys for that.

My experience at this location was horrible . I supposedly missed when the mailman had to have a me sign for my package. I was told I just had to go and pick it up .Last Friday I went to pick it up and it wasn't there . They lost my package and instead of taking responsibility they had me go back and forth with Archibald post office. Who didn't have it .The package was tracked to be at this post office .Nobody knows anything .A week later still going back and fourth. Package still says location Jerymn .It's rediculas . I would not recommend sending things out of this location ,having a tracking number doesn't help .Even though to leave this location it would off have to be scanned and it wasn't . Either it was stolen from this location or someone put it someone were does in this location and someone just isn't looking for it .
