I had an issue to which I thought was a starter failure. Mark walked up the road to my car to help me jump start the car. Then he evaluated the vehicle and took care to the problem. Great Service! Terrible business!Lied about my purchased vehicle having a new timing belt, old belt and was missing bolts holding vital pulleys and engine components.Car has bad piston rings which have now ruined the catalytic converter.They won’t even use their own warranty to fix the problem because in reality it’s useless.Litigation is necessary.

Mark is a great guy, the inventory is always quality vehicles. I see Roman Motors stickers everywhere I go on the backs of vehicles they’ve sold! I have quite a few friends who purchased vehicles from them and they say nothing but amazing things about Mark and their experience at Roman Motors.

Nice, honest and friendly full service car dealership. Would buy from again and again. Mechanics are also very good if you need car repairs. I get all my vehicles repaired and maintained here.

The worst customer service experience I've ever had, sold me a broken car had problems since day one, spent 2000 to fix it by them and now again problem isn't fixed. thankfully I recorded the encounter and will be taking legal action.
