“We love this office. I've been taking my pets here since 2019. They always treat my cats with such respect and kindness. I've boarded my dog here a few times and never had any issues. Their boarding prices are in line with other places I've looked at. I'm impressed that they've kept the wellness visit fees the same for a few years now. I've seen prices rise just about everywhere on just about everything. They don't charge me for nail trims during wellness checkups. I've had two "emergency" visits that they squeezed me in for. Both times nothing needed to be done at the clinic, so I wasn't charged for the visit. This place is a half hour plus drive from my house, but definitely worth it.”

“Credit given where credit is due. Hopewell ROCKS. One of our pups was incredibly ill (vomiting after ingesting too much grass) and Hopewell made accomodations to get her in to see Dr. Rutkowski. Dr. Rutkowski and his team (Drs. Cooper-Carty, Tursi, Zahn and Bucholtz) are simply amazing doctors. Compared to other vet hospitals I have dealt with, Hopewell puts them to shame. Their staff is attentive, responsive (their reception team actually calls you back if you have to leave a message!) and generally are exceptionally good at what they do. Having worked in the vet industry in the IT position, I have seen a lot of bad things in other hospitals but Hopewell will not disappoint. If you are a pet lover, definitely give Hopewell a shot. You wont be disappointed. I strongly recommend this hospital to provide you with all your pets needs.”

“I’ve switched from my out vet to Family Pet Clinic and it was the best decision I’ve made for my dogs! You don’t have to wait days for a sick visit, they have great communication as well and your dog is more than just a number! I’m very pleased with the clinic and the awesome staff! “I have taken my pets to Richboro Veterinary Hospital for many years. Last year, I moved out of the area, but continued to bring my pets to this practice despite now living 45 minutes away. In the back of my mind I always thought eventually I would find a vet closer to my new home in case of emergencies, but hadn’t yet. Dr Sampson and Dr Linn had made it quite easy for when my pets needed care - I could send pictures or videos if I had a question, and bring my pet in when needed. It was rather convenient, so I didn't feel like it was too far to continue to take my pets to this practice. Yesterday, however, I was faced with an emergency. We were having a snow and ice storm and I woke up to find my 11 year old Himalayan cat laying on the floor unable to move the right side of her body. Almost as if she had a stroke in the middle of the night., I had no idea what had happened but knew she needed to be seen as soon as possible. I called a local vet that was less than a mile from my new home and explained the situation. I just needed my cat to be seen, and being that we were in the midst of an ice storm I figured this was my best and probably only option considering the roads were awful and they were less than a mile away. They told me they didn’t “feel comfortable” seeing her and suggested I call elsewhere. Rather than call around to other vets, wasting valuable time, I called Richboro Veterinary Hospital. When I spoke with Dr Sampson he told me to bring her right in. I drove an hour in the snow and ice for my cat to be seen. Dr Sampson gave her a basic neuro assessment and discussed the possibilities of what could be wrong with her, and what potential outcomes we could be looking at - based on this initial assessment - none of them were good. I had decisions to make. While it wasn’t the outcome I had hoped for, I feel better knowing I was able to have my sweet girl of 11 years seen by her doctor when faced with such an emergency. So I just wanted to post this review to thank Dr Sampson, and the wonderful staff at RVH for continuing in the steps of Dr Linn - making sure Richboro Veterinary Hospital is always available to me, and always adequately staffed, in case of an emergency. Thank you for seeing and caring for Priscilla (aka Miss Priss) in her time of need , because she deserved nothing less.”

“We rescued a 7 year old dog who was surrendered by his owners. He had been seen at another practice, and we were lucky enough to get his medical records. Within the first week he had some G.I. issues and we went to Fort Washington veterinary hospital. Because of their excellent care, we were able to determine that he had a congenital condition that had never been identified even though laboratory test suggested the problem since the time he was three years old. He is now getting the care he needs. We are indebted to our vet and this practice.”

“Had a wonderful experience. After going to another vet first, they tried to tell me surgery was the only option for my dogs ear/hematoma. I contacted Hamilton animal hospital and they gave me alternative options, which were less invasive and way more affordable. Dr. Erica was incredible. She cleaned her ears, drained the hematoma and gave her a steroid to help the healing process. The nurse, Rodney who helped keep my puppers at ease and calm through the entire procedure, was amazing! The entire office is so wonderful with animals, which sounds like a given but not all places are. They were quick and thorough, patient and kind. And my dog is now on her way to having relief from the pain. I highly recommend this business.”

I met Dr. Tori Plymouth last month and she was extremely nice and helpful. One of my dogs gets a bit nervous coming here while the other gets a bit too overexcited with happiness (as seen in the photo lol, he loves coming here), and the staff is just really great with them & working with their very different personalities. “I don't take my dogs to see Dr. Niggemeier often; it's always because they have an orthopedic problem. Every time I do need to go to the clinic, I am very grateful for the kind and knowledgeable care they receive. I don't know how much longer visits in the parking lot are going to go on (they are slightly disconcerting) but I understand the need for precaution these days and if my dogs have to keep being seen in the parking lot, it's worth it to see the doc and staff here.”

The pricing was affordable, and my two puppies are healing great from their neuter, microchips, and shots! They sent home pain meds for them as well as thorough discharge paperwork. “I posted before but I feel the need to post again. I unfortunately had to say goodbye to my 15 year and 7 month old best friend. I started using All Creatures for my veterinary services because of many issues I had at my previous vet. I'm sad that I didnt have Dr Troy Dougherty treating my boy his entire life. Dr Dougherty and his office manager Gail are two of the friendliest, most comforting, and sympathetic people you will ever meet. My dog was aging and I needed to get him to a veterinarian who cares. I was sold on my first visit to All Creatures. Please believe me when I say that All Creatures is where you want to take your pets. My dog was my son and best friend. I'm devastated that he is gone but I could not possibly be more at ease knowing that Dr Dougherty was caring for him. One of the most important details about choosing to use All Creatures is that you are IN the room with your pet. You get to see everything that is happening to your loved one. IF you want your pet treated by a veterinarian who genuinely loves animals and their owners, please choose Dr Troy Dougherty. If I get another pet, Dr Dougherty will definitely get a new patient. “Dr. Aronson came into our life by referral upon learning our lab’s terminal diagnosis. As a family with four children, the thought of losing our relatively young dog was debilitating. Dr. Aronson came to our home several times with compassion, calmness, and a clear connection to how our Nova felt. She shared this with our family; especially our children, as she cared for Nova and helped relieve her pain with massage and acupuncture while directing us to fast and easy ways to fulfill her prescriptions. She always connected with and included our kids who wanted to be a part of Nova’s care. When it came time to help Nova move on, Dr. Aronson helped create the most peaceful and loving environment. Dr. Thomas, Kayla, and the staff have provided compassionate, professional, and thorough care for four of my own dogs, and countless Foster dogs over the years.I originally decided on this Vet Clinic because my dog, Rover, at the time had severe anxiety when at the vet, and Dr. Thomas and the staff were incredibly compassionate and accommodating. They treated him with a kind and gentle approach.When my senior dog, Lucy, developed mobility issues, Dr. Thomas provided a thorough assessment and treatment options. We decided on an injectable medication, which Kayla (Vet Tech) took the time to educate and train me on how to give the injections at home. I wouldn't have had the confidence to do so without her encouragement and support.In 2021 I brought rescue dogs home from a work trip in Morocco - and the team at Caring Hands were willing to fit them in on short notice for examinations and spay/neuter before they were adopted.Both Lucy and Rover have since passed.
