I visited the Jenkintown store to ship two packages. Monica assisted me with shipping them. She gave me the cost and estimated shipping for Christmas. She was very nice and provided excellent customer service!

I came upon this place by mistake and it's the best mistake I've made. A few days ago, I mislabeled a package and an employee drove it back to my workplace themselves to deliver it to me. I really appreciate it because I was on a timeline. Thank you Postal Factory! You've gained a regular!!
