These days, my `17 Yaris iA presents little challenge to the Tec One guys. However, they did a beautiful job custom installing my Diode Dynamics fog lights. Most recently, the nav/com module failed thanks to a botched dealer repair long before my watch. Blake got me a used unit (since a new one would have been prohibitively expensive), and obtained the hardware pieces that the dealer left out. I am delighted at last to have it right. (I have also posted a review of the offending dealer.)

This place is absolutely awful. They are extremely unorganized. The mechanic has no idea what they are doing. They had taken one week to try to diagnose the problem and billed me $800+ and could not figure out what's going on. I took it to another shop down the road. They were able to fix it for $150. Highly recommend staying away from this place!

I went in for a simple state inspection. Came out with a damaged car with inflated bill listing supposed work done that was not needed.The owner, Blake Cooper (but who refuses to even give his last name and it's not even on his paperwork, it just says "Blake" that should tell you something) charged my credit card for parts and labor for work supposedly done on my car that I later found out my car does not need. I was never shown old parts that he said were damaged and supposedly replaced-- he showed no evidence of any work done, or that work needed to be done.Wait it gets WORSE. The car was not brought over as customary when a job is completed, instead it was hidden away, parked far away on his lot (not readily visible when you come into the lot).. when I walked over to get the car (after he already ran my credit card for the work and inspection) I saw the fender was popped out and bent away from its seam, there were scrapes and deep gouges - MY CAR HAD BEEN DAMAGED.When I pointed it out to him he began cursing and screaming, became abusive, bullying, beyond rude. He tried to chase me away and off the lot. I was harassed and spoken to condescendingly as a woman. I called POLICE.HORRIFIC and traumatizing experience. I have NEVER been treated by any company before as I have been here-- with dishonesty and abuse, and see others especially women having major problems here. He preys on, bullies, and abuses-- that said, take it as my gift that you are reading this-- I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau . I would recommend to take your car elsewhere and don't let this happen to you.

Unprofessional & lazy. The guy literally said out of his mouth 'I don't want to deal with this'. Said it would be more work than he thought. There are plenty of mechanics in the area who are of better quality.

Lazy and unprofessional workers. He said he did not want to deal with my car issue after stating on the phone that he could. Went to another mechanic in the area and he said he could take care of it no problem and it was simple laziness on Tec-One's part. I agree.

I needed a new battery in a hurry for my SUV. They fit me in the same day and the price was much better than the dealership. I couldn't get the special type of battery at a local chain Auto parts store.
