Amazing experience. I have never had a car buying experience this pleasant. My associate Mark Hewitt answered every question I had (and I had many)! No pressure, great pricing, and vehicle was delivered to me according to my schedule. Would buy from Kia of Abington again!

Tim at the service center made it so easy to get my car fixed. He looked into everything and got me all set up. Was a real pleasure to get help like that in today's world of customer service! Tim seriously exceeded my expectations on how easy it is to deal with the dealership. More guys like that are needed in the work force. Great guy, thanks Tim!

-Just ask for Scott and make your life easier. He is no nonsense, very knowledgeable, and super friendly.This is honestly the first car dealership I didn't hate. I highly recommend them, even over other Kia dealerships.

I wanted a car in a particular color. I knew the make and model I wanted. I specifically asked for this color and was told they had it. I drove one hour only to be told, "don't kill the messenger." They did NOT have it. I chose to purchase a different color.Then, I was setting my car payment up and they had transposed my first and last names. Now, I have to contact the loan company to fix it. This car dealership is unable to fix it.This was, by far, the worst car buying experience I've ever had.

This location is absolutely amazing, from start to finish every person you encounter is friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Tim in service is a god send, he has made every experience a breeze, he always makes sure we are in and out as fast as possible with updates along every step of the way and that is so helpful when you’re sitting there with a little baby. We recommend this location 100%! Also we recommend to the management to make sure they do everything in their power to keep Tim around.

Louie did an amazing job working with me to purchase my new vehicle. His service was exceptional. He went about and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Even after my purchase he checked in to make sure I was satisfied and when I needed some extra documentation for a new job he assisted me with no hesitation. Thank you! I had a fantastic experience in all aspects of the deal at Matt Blatt Kia of Abington. My initial conversation with Ann Wilson was great and the continued exchange via text message was polite, professional, and really made me feel welcome and engaged as a customer despite the virtual nature of it. There was a strong push (it was not a 'negative' push) to get a deal done and at the end of the day I appreciated the fact that she was doing her best to meet at a deal that satisfied my family's situation in order to make it happen quickly. Then once we were put in touch with Jack Bartnikowski, he helped us get our application started ASAP due to a time constraint we had which was great customer service and we really appreciated it. When we arrived in Abington, Jack was an absolute pleasure to work with and he helped us get started on the in-person process quickly, answering all of our questions, and providing a fantastic overall customer experience. He explained everything we could need to know, made sure we were completely comfortable before we signed final papers, and then even personally removed/polished off some water spots, sticker marks, lingering dirt marks, etc. on the car when we did a final walk-around. And then finally, the manager came out at the end, wished us good luck and thanked us for being a customer which was nice. Overall, I was very pleased with the entirety of the procss and the people (especially Ann and Jack) who made it happen - thank you so much!

Just make sure they get your names right. Guy assumed my husband name was a name in email never asked his name or driver's license. Tell my husband he has no credit. I looked at him told him he has credit cards names on car then he responded I don't know. Well on credit report they ran and gave to us wasn't my husband first name. I told him and then he walks away comes back in a minute. So we didn't get any loan offers . Just got a letter today from Capitol one says my husband information is Missing or unavailable. So he never told the finance guy he messed up by not asking his name assuming name in email so credit was never ran again with correct name. What a joke. So I can't reply to owner so I will do it through here. Your salesman never asked my husband name or for drivers license he assumed his name was Ben from his email.. you can't assume then when we saw credit report that your finance manager pulled had Ben instead of correct name. So we told sales guy. Now the sales guy should of went back there and corrected his error not ours. But no maybe we could of left with something but didn't. So I will never go there again. It's your sales guy error not ours.

I recently bought a Kia Stinger GT1 AWD in August. I love the car. I had been waiting for 3 years to get into one of these. I was so happy Randy ( dealer ) was able to make it happen for me. I had been driving it for about 2 months, and noticed some shaking of the steering wheel nd brake pedal when driving at about 40-50 mph and being to brake. I called around asking for prices for rotors and brakes. A mechanic told me I might have warped rotors. I contacted my guy Randy and he told me to pull up to the service center and have the guys take a look at it. I was in and out in about 45 mins. They cut the rotors really quick and I didn’t feel the steering wheel move a centimeter after driving off and testing Roxie ( Cars name ) out. And best of all free of charge. Listen I can’t express my gratitude more to Matt Blatt and his employees, especially Randy and Alan the service center manager. I recommend Matt Blatt to anyone looking for great customer service and great vehicles, new or used.

Purchasing a car was an exhausting experience. During my recent search for my new car, I visited several dealerships in the Philadelphia area, including Matt Blatt Kia of Abington. Upon my arrival, I noticed the clean, well-organized display of vehicles and the attentive staff.Kristi was my salesperson. She took the time to answer my questions and help me to find the right car for me according to my wish list. She also demonstrated profound knowledge about the cars and answered every query with patience and expertise. It was clear that she wasn’t just trying to make a sale, but genuinely wanted to ensure I found the perfect fit for my needs.Although I was not able to finish the purchase that day, Kristi was still kind and radiated professionalism and dedication.In the end, I could not get the car that Kristi found for me, but I am thankful for all her help and patience. She made the process a little easier for me. That is the reason I am writing this review because I want to highlight her dedication and excellent customer service skills.Therefore, if you stop by Matt Blatt Kia of Abington to buy your next car, make sure you find Kristi.

My husband and I bought a new car with the help of Damon Abraham. They were slammed when we first arrived, but Damon was able to juggle things so that we had a chance to test drive cars even though they were incredibly busy. Then he was helpful and enthusiastic when we decided that we were actually going to make a purchase and worked with us through all the logistics of getting the car and was super-responsive to questions we had after we took the car home. If you're in the market for a car, definitely check them out!

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. There are several reasons and incidents, (within the same twelve month period), that occurred with my time wasted, vehicle neglected, and being lied to about services rendered.Incident #1: I made an appointment, to get my inspection updated. I arrived on time for my appointment. I was instructed to have a seat in the waiting area after given my ticket. I've waited for a total of 3 1/half almost 4 hours. I didn't realize the wait time was longer than normal, because I was also working "from home" on my devices. So between assuming that there were a lot of customers ahead of me, and then, being preoccupied with work, I didn't realize how much time passed by. No one checked in on me until the very end of my four hour wait. Towards the end my waiting period, the manager asked me why I was there. I told him for inspection. He left the waiting area, then returned. It turns out, I was forgotten. My vehicle was finished for more than two hours, but no one came and got me. And the further reason why no one came and got me, was because my car ended up being on what they call a "rooftop"? The manager of the site, apologized, and offered no payment for services rendered that day. Incident #2: It was time for an oil change. I called to make an appointment. I was told that I did not need an appointment; to just walk in. I walked in the next morning, and was met by the same elderly/older man, that always checks customers in. He took my vehicle, gave me the ticket and told me to go to the waiting room to have a seat. Wait time was approximately 1.5 hours. After being called, to have a seat to go over the bill, I was told that I owed a substantial amount, more than what I paid previously. I asked the associate, "did prices increase"? She said no. I told her to research my previous receipts for the same service, because I have never paid so much for an oil change. She researched it and saw that I was telling the truth. She told me to hold on. She went to talk to the manager. She returned with a new bill. The bill was what I paid before and before that and before that. So she lied to me. Or someone lied when generating my bill. Or they either saw stupid written across my forehead, or they try to muscle every customer for false charges. OR a combination of all. Incident #3: After my oil change appointment, I was told that my vehicle is ready. I went out to the service area, my vehicle was not present in the spot that it normally is, after being serviced. Instead, my vehicle was parked, in the parking lot, not even in the front of the entryway, but ALL THE WAY ACROSS the lot on the far side towards the other street. I thought I was in the twilight zone at the very moment. My vehicle placement was so suspicious. After finding my car, with no assistance from the mechanics, or at least the one that worked on my vehicle, I noticed that I did not receive a new sticker, that has the new mileage for the next oil change, so something told me to check my dash to see the oil life, etc. NOTHING was topped off; the antifreeze, the coolant, oil, etc. I was livid!! I drove my vehicle BACK to the service area and demanded to know why the mechanics of Kia Susman are trying to RIP ME OFF! Another mechanic apologized and took care of me immediately, however, this is ridiculous!! One of the mechanics told me, that next time I come, that I can request whom I want to work on my car. WHAT!?? I have to make special requests?? This is not a hair salon or barbershop. Why aren't ALL the mechanics qualified? How does one take a customer's vehicle, and not service it?? I should not have been charge for that. I actually overheard one of the mechanics telling the woman who rang me up, that they should not have charged me! But she just looked at me, with a side eye and kept walking towards the door that leads to the waiting area. This place is appalling!! We stopped in today and while we didn't go home with a car, I wanted share about our salesperson Paul Luke Martel. He was so amazing at really trying to help us figure out what would suit us best not just give him the biggest sale. We ended up looking into a different direction (heads up the Carnival is a cool car but not ideal if you're short). He was great with options and not pressuring. We have a bit of homework to do but if we come back we are looking forward to working with Mr. Martel! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car!
