New customer, I added two head wraps for storage pick up. Initially the head wraps were not on the pick-up list. However, I was assured that the items would not be lost and property identified andtagged with my furs. The head wraps were handwritten on the pick-up invoice. The head wraps were not retured when I picked up my furs. I advised the manager, and he informed me he would research and follow up with me. He concluded that I did not include head wraps with my order and was very dismissive with my request to research further.I submitted the 2 purchasereceipts for the head wraps. They cost $175.00 each, a nominal price. Again, the manager was dismissive and made me feel like my issue was nefarious in nature and I was prevaricator. I have all 5 purchase receipts from Macy Department store, where all of my furs were purchased, beginning in 2007. I am satisfied with the cleaning, very disappointed with customer service resolutions .

I have been storing my furs with Stupp Furs for years, however this past year was my best experience. I decided to have a new shearling coat made and the outcome was amazing. My new coat is even better than my old coat, which I also had shortened and recast as an everyday coat. I also bought a beautiful cashmere shawl which I have practically lived in, given the warmer unexpected temperature in the Northeast this past winter. I recommend Stupp Furs for their professionalism and deep knowledge of their craft.

I tried using a leather cleaner/condioner on my b3 sheepskin shearling coat. I ended up making matters worst. It left a sticky residue in addition to darkening my coat :( I took it to stupp with no great expectation. I just wanted the residue gone. About 2-3 weeks later voila!!! Stickiness gone, and it was restored 2 it's original color. In addition 2 the actual repair, I really enjoyed the in store customer service. They were very friendly & likeable. In the words of ARNOLD. I'LL BE BACK.

Love my mink coat! Excellent service family-owned recommend anybody that has old mink coats and want them redone this is the place to go.

I took my much loved full length fur here for some needed repair and was very pleased with the result. The lining was replaced beautifully,and the pelts themselves were cleaned with meticulous attention to detail. The proprietor could have come right out of central casting -he is adorably old school. The work was done in less time than promised and at a very reasonable price.

This is where I do all of my fur buying and storage and cleaning... Ok, that's a lie, but I did stop in to have a few coats appraised and they were incredibly helpful. Friendly and courteous with a very detailed eye. The store is filled with jackets, coats, hats (I fell in man love with one of those big Russian hats I've only seen in the movies) slippers, you name it. They clean and store as well as repair. Since I have never actually bought anything furry that didn't purr, eat, crap, and sleep all day, I don't know if their prices are reasonable or not. I do know they had a large rack of items marked 70% off... You needa fur, they gotta bunch...
