“Incredible experience!! Can’t recommend enough. I’m not a runner, had no idea what I was looking for and knew nothing about sneakers but needed supportive shoes for nursing school. You would never find expertise the way you do here at a large chain store!! The woman who helped us literally knew everything and it was such an easy process. I also happened to walk in during a midday rush and she was able to manage 3-4 people all at once without skipping a beat which I know must have been a challenge! Shop local it’s worth it!”
“Best shoe store around ??Dan gives the highest quality of customer service. Took my daughter to Got em Kicks for the first time and Dan treated my daughter like family. Highly professional and respectful, he took the time to comfortably sit my daughter down and measure her feet to give me her exact size and found out my daughter has different sizes on each foot. His store is crazy clean, crazy tech to find all the shoes in ur size, high quality merch for great prices and the decorations in the store is eye catcher while you shop. He gave my daughter a tablet to sit down with and see all the sneaks in her size so he got all my respect and I will go nowhere else to buy sneakers. Store is insane and mind blowing!!!!!!”

“Today was my first time at Red Wing. This place is on a different level from all other shoe stores. From customer service to the latest in foot measuring technology you can’t go wrong by shopping at Red Wing. My salesman Jonathan could have not been more helpful. He was not trying to sell me something just to get a sale. Jonathan took the time to fit me properly and make sure all was good with my purchase. I have never in my life walked out of a shoe/boot store with the feeling I left with today. These boots made my feet , legs and knees feel instantly better. Talk about a game changer it was money well spent. As a matter of fact they are still on as I write this review. I never took them off once they were on in the store. “Haven't shopped at this Forman Mills in many years, but I noticed they're remodeling the store. This one in particular, so it may be a major improvement. I don't know, I don't plan on shopping back there again. Their clothes is based on what is being worn on TV and what's in the neighborhood. At the time, it was nothing but skulls and crossbones. That's how long it's been since I shop that this Forman Mills. I guess I really did "stretch those bills" because I don't go here ?”

However, the checkout process can be quite frustrating due to the long wait lines, which seem to persist regardless of the time of day. When additional help arrives, it's unfortunate that some of the staff members exhibit a negative attitude which can be off-putting. Overall, this store offers great value for money, but the long lines at checkout can detract from an otherwise pleasant shopping experience.”

“I love this place! I first discovered it a couple of years ago when I needed good running shoes, and I’ve been going back ever since. This year, I even took both of my kids to the store. The staff is knowledgeable and sweet. They really know their stuff and do it well.Before you’re measured, they ask you to walk normally to assess your gait. Then, they measure your feet and offer a selection of three different brands to choose from. If you have a preference for a specific brand, you can discuss it with the store rep.I like to ask a lot of questions about running shoes, and I always get great answers. There’s never any pressure to buy the most expensive shoes or anything like that. I highly recommend this store to all runners. It’s a great experience every time!”
