I do not have the words to describe the level of incompetence. But I guess if all you are interested in is money, then you must not care if someone dies...you can just replace them with a new resident and up the price.

DO NOT move your loved one here. They DO NOT care about their residents. All they want is your money. Trust me on this. They are liars. Their advertisements are lies. It's all about money, not care. My loved one has been there for three years and it has been hell. STAY AWAY!
