Worst Nail Salon Experience EVER!!! Was given one nail chart to choose a color from, pedicure was so bad tech barely did anything. Owner had someone come correct, she did a good job and even saw what the previous person did not do. Why did I Get my eye brows arched? What a mess!! One eyebrow arched the other still scraggly. I had to go back and felt met with tension for the clean up of what I’d already paid for. I do not yell but was yelled at for asking for the correction. Tech told me she didn’t want to mess with my eyebrow, in that case what is arching?? She arched one but left the other natural?? I found that this place had unskilled labor. There is a true lack of actual skills, just people with polish. The owner needs to train the staff!!

Went in for a last minute gel set - the tech tried to talk me out of gel for like five minutes and then tried to file off my old polish after I told her it wasn’t gel or dip. Then she got gel all over my cuticles and just filed it off when I nicely asked her to fix it twice. Left looking like this… not going to be going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and have very little knowledge of basic nail care. I went in today to get my acrylics from another salon simply removed since they have grown out and some started to lift up. I had some bigger gems on that were set with modeling gel. They said they could not take them off. I mentioned how other salons have taken them off with the drill, soaking them off, or using cuticle/nails clippers to separate the gem form the acrylic. The nail tech proceeded to try and rip the whole acrylic nail off my nail bed since there was some lift which was extremely painful and started to bleed. Instead of offering any form of an apology she began arguing with me that since the acrylic was lifting up “that’s what you do”. She continued to argue with me as I gathered my things to leave. I went to another salon and they had no problem. Will never be returning and will advise others to go somewhere else.

They love to tell you how “short” your nails are. Just what I want to hear on my birthday. I don’t need repetitive comments about my nails, just do them! Won’t be back.

Stay away! I was in the area and went here for a pedicure and it was horrible. The person who did my pedicure looked annoyed the entire time. She was using a sharp tool digging into my nails, it actually hurt. It was very overpriced. She told me it's 3 more dollars to pay with a credit card so I decided to take cash out. I asked for change for a tip since I only had 20's and she said she had no change. I had to ask another worker there for change. When I gave her a tip she complained that it wasn't enough in front of the whole salon. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning here ever again.

The worst place ever and not clean at all, at the be I was Told they were going to charge me 35 for gel pedicure and 30 for gel manicure and at the end she said no it’s 43 only for pedicure they lied to me ?? no massage, no cream no oil I don’t recommend this place to any body???Service: Pedicure

2/16/2023 I went in for a pedicure, manicure and waxing. The work was average, at best. By Friday night I had extreme pain around the nail where Tammy was digging around with a tool. Saturday morning I woke up to a throbbing purple toe. On Sunday I went to urgent care and was placed on two antibiotics for an infection.I notified the nail salon, they didn’t seem to care. I will not return.Services: Waxing

I was very disappointed in my dip manicure. The manicurist did not push down my cuticles nor cleaned my nails prior to doing the dip. She never wipe down the counter. As she continued to use the dip and the powder went everywhere, she never wiped it down prior to doing the next step. At the end, she told me to sit in another chair to make sure my nails are dry, and there would be no charge for that.! How could there possibly be a charge for me to let my nails dry? I do not recommend the salon, and I will not go back.
