Had a similar incident with this office. Buyer beware stay clear of this office. There's plenty of State Farm's around town. If customers service matters to you, run the other way.

High rates and lousy customer service. The boss (Rich Antczak) lives on the other side of the country, spending his days playing golf instead of looking after clients. He leaves everyday operations to his 2 office assistants, and good luck to you if you want to contact him personally, he simply doesn't care about your business. He's only interested in collecting your premium payment.

I had an accident that was not my fault and feel that State Farm was of no help to me. I am 72 years old and had to navigate filing my own claim with the hitting vehicle's insurance company unless I paid my deductible. How fair is that. I am on a very limited income and would find it difficult to do so. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years and feel that I was not treated very well. Whatever the new rule is now..some consideration should have been given to a long time client. By the way I have NEVER been late paying my premiums. I am sincerely upset with this whole incident.

The best customer service around! 10+ years with this group, and I've had a million questions and concerns, every single one answered with honesty and compassion! You are treated like family, not a policy number. Could not ask for anything more!

Recent claim was handled with efficiency and kindness. Car accidents are scary, but the Antczak Agency helped me through this difficult time. They were there when i needed them.

I have had my policy for several years and I have always felt like this office was in my side. They are extremely nice, very respectful and to say the least they go above and beyond their duties to make sure I, as well as others (I'm certain of it) will be satisfied. They handle issues willingly to make sure the customers don't feel the need to worry about anything. I am very pleased to call this office my agent. They work with me through troubles and I can't say that about a lot of places. Especially insurance companies. 5 stars 10/10

I cannot believe after being clients of State Farm for so many years they will not even give us a quote for insurance for our new home due to one claim filed that wasn't even our fault. Shame on you and shame on this office. Loyalty obviously holds no water with State Farm.

One can purchase auto insurance at competitive rates just about anywhere. Unfortunately, in many instances service after-the-sale is woefully inadequate.Not so at the Antczak Insurance Agency. Here I've not only found their rates to be highly competitive but, more importantly, their service after-the-sale to be excellent. I recommend them without hesitation.

My wife and I have been very happy with Rich's agency. He always does what he says he will do....call's me back on time, answers my emails, send's me promptly what I ask for. While I've usually had contact with Rich, my interactions have always been more than satisfactory whenever his support staff of Christina and Kathy have helped me with my questions.

Rich knows his products and the industry better than anyone I have encountered in the insurance business...hands down! He is honest and genuine. State Farm and Rich have saved our family money and given us a policy that meets our needs to the tee. I highly recommend Rich and the professional staff in his office. It has been a pleasure to deal with a local agency that values excellent customer service. They will treat you like family!

I like this agent because of the personal service and easy to contact. They actually answer the phone in a few rings and its a person I know that I have talked to before. They do business the old fashioned way. They care for me and are like good friends.
