I did not like my experience at Reedman Chrysler. First they told me my warranty covered the repair, then they told me my warranty did not cover the repair. Secondly, I had to pay for the cost of the diagnostic plus the repair. Other dealerships that I've went to always waive the diagnostic fee if you have the repair done. I'm never going there again!

This dealership is disorganized and unprofessional. The incessant car alarms they turn on all day is beyond distracting and annoying. There has got to be a more efficient way for you to find cars on your lot than to constantly, all day, every day, be disruptive to those who live and do business near your dealership

Worst Jeep dealership/service I’ve ever experienced. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Spoke with a manager, she was very disrespectful, has no professionalism. I will never use this dealership/service again.

Keion is very friendly and patient. He and his team were every helpful in getting us a loan to trade out pick up. They all were so nice to us while we were there kept in touch with us while we thought it over and very patient with us. I will fully recommend everyone coming here loved the service they provided and how friendly and nice they were.

Kevin the service advisor was extremely helpful and resolved my intermittent starting issues on 2020 Ram Rebel (37k miles). His techs listened to my videos of it happening and recognized a faulty starter. The fact that they were willing to troubleshoot and figure out the issue is all one can ask for. They did a great job and I no longer need to worry about my truck not starting while being on the road. I will be bringing my truck back there for future service. A+ team!!!

Car sat for three days before taken in. I had an appointment. Once in it took too long for a simple fix. They are very understaffed and slow. I will never go back
Back again, this time much better,
HOwever, both times I was not called when car was done.
I had to stop in and ask.
They should call when service is complete.
