Temperature is optimally cool with five ceiling fans. Plenty of cardio equipment. Only complaint is the hours around holidays are too limited. My only issue is with inconsistent TV access.

The facility is clean and well maintained

Be very careful and mindful of their billing practices...during Covid...I canceled my $10 per month membership and soon learned that Planet Fitness continued to charge my bank for an additional 8 months using different invoice number to bypass the closed account. MY BANK WENT AFTER THEM AND THEY RETURN ALL ILLEGAL WIRE DRAFTS...WATCH OUT FOR THEM....TREACHOUS...THEFTS

This is my goto PF spot, ad it is closest to home. Admittedly dont go here all thr time to workout as it is missing some key MTS equipment. But the place is always clean. Lots of good equipment choices (just wish a few more!! MTS back/chest/shoulders would be nice. So much space...would love those additions!). Staff are all amazing - Ty, Mark, Kalil, Cassie, Nicole, Sophia, Jimmy...all spot on . Always willing g to help. Super attentive. One of my favorite gyms especially for the stellar staff.
Black card amenities are good. Hydro, total body enhancement (redlight), hybrid tanning...all in great shape.
Small changes and I would never go anywhere else! Still 5 stars!

Went in a few months ago to suspend my membership for a while - the young man behind the desk was very helpful and said he put it on hold until October '24.
Come to find out (it's a rarely used account) that I've been debited every month since then. They are either incompetent or liars. I'll be going in shortly to cancel permanently. Make sure to get EVERYTHING printed out and in writing.

The Planet Fitness in Jenkintown was very nice. Up-to-date equipment. There was no one sitting on the equipment and actually socializing on their cell phone. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and even kind as we were leaving.
